Our remote tech support requires us remotely connecting to your computer. To start a connection, click on the download link below. Be sure to call us first so that a technician can walk you through the process and we can complete the connection on our end. Our office number is (803) 358-2385. Also, please be aware that once a connection is established, our technicians will be able to see everything that you see on your screen, so you may want to close anything private or sensitive.
Step 1

Once the process has started, you will see a screen showing you it is connecting to our server.
Step 3
Once you see the 9 digit code (It will be different than the numbers below), give them to our tech.
