Had corrupt files due to improper instalition of software. Needed computer fixed in a hurry so I could do my college assignments. Droped the computer off on a Thursday afternoon and it was ready for me to pick up on Saturday afternoon. Was very affordable and was very nice and informative. Will recomend Compustation to others.

I'd definitely call on Compustation again. I'd had an issue with my fussy Dell laptop's power jack, a problem I'd been told (and backed up by my own research) was a motherboard issue & that I'd be better off giving up and buying a new computer. I called Compustation hoping for a better prognosis and was immediately impressed with the honesty of the rep I spoke with - he told me straight out that there was just a 50/50 chance they could fix it but that he'd be willing to try if I wanted. While at times I did wish for more proactive updates - they did have my computer a bit longer than I'd expected - in the end it was far more than worth the wait. In fact, after ordering the necessary part and failing in an initial attempt at resolving the issue, they took the extra effort to try again - despite having already told me their efforts were unsuccessful - and thus I'm now typing this on a computer I'd given up on. They're honest, their rates are great, & I'd definitely recommend them.

This was the best computer repair shop I have ever tried. They did what they said and the prices were very reasonable.
